Dear Roof Problem Survivors,

It is my great privilege to recommend Capstone Roofing for your consideration. I am a worthy source of information because of my year long struggle to replace our roof with our former insurance company. After multiple bids and previewing ten different potential roofing companies here in Springfield, I was secure with my decision to use Adam Hantle as our Project Manager and Edious Earl.{ The owner of Capstone Roofing}

What set them apart for me initially was their timely communication and engineering training. I actually spoke to Adam at the time I called him. When he was helping other customers, I still received quick call backs. Such a simple thing is a huge difference compared to many companies here in the Springfield Area. When you need a question answered to complete your planning and documenting, the greatest frustration for me in the past has been to have no response from different contractors.

In addition, as a roofing novice, (no longer), with their help, I was able to discern the great difference in quality roofing products, roofing structures, roofing engineering improvements to my house, and finally the actual installation of my beautiful new roof, gutters, fascia, and downspouts!

I appreciate that Capstone Roofing worked not only with me, but with my insurance company to resolve my insurance problems. I will continue to use Capstone Roofing for consultation for continueing home improvement needs.

We have recently worked with Capstone Roofing and Adam Hantle as the Project Manager for new roofing on our house. We were extremely pleased with the project from start to finish. Adam is a true professional who worked well with us to give us the beautiful new roof that we wanted. He is hard working, honest, and always eager to be helpful. Hi, my name is Kimberly Janes and I have been a client of yours for years. We recently suffered damage to our roof and fence during a storm in May. As a mom of 3 and a busy woman the prospect of having to deal with insurance and repair companies seemed overwhelming. He not only walked me through the process but put my mind to ease that him and his company can handle all the details all I have to do is pick out the shingle.
